The XF 16mm f/1.4 R WR Lens from Fuji is designed specifically for Fujifilm X-mount mirrorless cameras. It features two aspherical elements and two ED elements in a 24mm equivalent wide-angle lens configuration. The combination of aspherical and extra-low dispersion elements helps to minimise spherical, axial and chromatic aberrations and distortions to produce sharper images with greater edge-to-edge consistency. The lens also boasts a Nano-GI Coating in combination with HT-EBC Lens Coatings which helps to reduce lens flare, image ghosting and alters the refractive index between the lens elements.

All-Purpose Go-Anywhere Workhorse

The XF 16mm f/1.4 R WR Lens from Fujifilm offers a tough all-weather construction with nine seals in eight different places which ensures that no dust or moisture can enter the lens. The result is a wide-angle workhorse designed for a multitude of photographic applications from street, landscape and portrait photography to simple and quick holiday snaps and even close-up work thanks to a minimum working distance of 15cm. The lens features a smooth and near-silent auto-focus motor as well as a useful depth of field scale for easier manual focus pre-sets. It can be used in most environments, with a minimum operating temperature threshold of -10 degrees Celsius.
