Cost of Shipping

The cost of delivery is only R70 via courier to your door! However if you live in a regional location the courier charge is R120.

Delivery Times

Goods are only delivered during office hours on working days. Please make sure you are available in person to accept the goods as you may be asked to produce your ID or the credit card used in the purchase. Should someone else be accepting the order the courier may require their details so please inform us or else you may not receive your goods in a timely manner.
For most popular items this is 1-2 days from the point at which you have paid for your purchase and it has passed our fraud screening procedure. Some bulkier items are sent via a less expensive but slower delivery method and take 5-7 days. Some items we require to be delivered to us first by the supplier and these take about 3-5 days.

Returns

Should an item not meet with your satisfaction for whatever reason you may return the goods to "Cameraland" within seven days of receipt. You will then get a full refund less all direct costs incurred by "Cameraland" associated with the order such as actual delivery costs. The goods must be returned with all packaging, documentation and be undamaged in any way. A written reason for the cancellation must accompany the returned goods.
