The Canon EF 35mm f/1.4L II USM lens allows for greater flexibility in almost any low light situation imaginable. Featuring Blue Spectrum Refractive Optics and a maximum aperture of f/1.4, two more stops than a standard f/2.8 zoom lens, you’ll enjoy even greater control over depth of field. The Canon L Series lens provides an incredible level of clarity and sharpness. This is thanks to a superior system which includes two aspherical elements and an Ultra Low Dispersion (UD) element which, combined with a BR element, significantly reduce colour fringing and lens aberrations.

This L Series Canon lens is built with outdoor applications in mind and carries a number of features that professional documentary photographers love. The Ultrasonic Autofocus Motor (USM) helps you stay in focus, quickly and quietly and, with an always-on manual focus override, allows for ultra-sharp focus control, even whilst staying in AF mode! The lens is dust and moisture resistant for use in almost any condition and features two additional coatings, giving you a substantial increase in contrast and colour definition.
